At Wilsons Carpets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring purchase. If you change your mind, you can return any unopened, standard-sized stock items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Contact our customer service department via email or phone within 14 days of receipt to initiate your return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Flooring

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition; please note that custom-cut carpets cannot be returned.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Drop off the items at your nearest Wilsons Carpets showroom or schedule a courier collection for a nominal return shipping fee.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
