How do I measure my room for a new carpet?

To get an accurate measurement, measure the widest and longest points of your room, including any alcoves or doorways. We recommend adding 10cm to both the length and width to allow for trimming and a perfect fit.

Do you offer a professional fitting service?

Yes, we work with a network of experienced, independent floor fitters. You can arrange for professional installation at the time of purchase, and they will ensure your carpet or laminate is laid to the highest standard.

What is the typical delivery timeframe?

Most in-stock carpets and flooring are delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Once your order is processed, our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient time slot.

Can I request samples before I buy?

Absolutely. We offer a free sample service so you can see and feel the quality of our carpets, vinyl, and laminate in your own home lighting before making a final decision.

What happens if I order the wrong size or change my mind?

For standard stocked items, we offer a 14-day return policy provided the floor has not been cut or altered. Please note that bespoke 'cut-to-size' carpets are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Do I need to buy new underlay for my carpet?

While not mandatory, we highly recommend new underlay. It extends the life of your carpet, provides better thermal insulation, and significantly improves the underfoot comfort.
